What you need
- Company details
- Company name, phone number and address.
- Account administrator
- First and last name, email and phone of the person who will manage your vendor account. They receive the email invitation.
- License and EIN
- Optional on the form: business license number and expiration date, and EIN. Add them if your trade requires a license.

How do I become a VendorTap vendor?
Fill in the vendor registration form in the VendorTap web app with your company details and the person who will manage your account. They get an email invitation to create their login, a VendorTap administrator reviews and activates the account, and then you can start receiving work orders.
What do I need to register?
Your company name, phone number and address, and the name, email and phone of your account administrator. A business license number, its expiration date and your EIN are optional fields.
Why isn't my vendor account active right away?
Every new vendor account starts inactive. A VendorTap administrator reviews the registration and activates it before the account can accept work orders.
Is there a limit on vendors in my area?
Yes. We cap how many vendors join each category in each territory. Register while spots in your category are still open.
Where do the jobs come from?
Homeowners in your area book services through the VendorTap app, and other pros in the network refer jobs in trades they don't do.
Do my technicians register too?
No. Once your account is active, add your technicians to your team. Each one gets an invitation to set up the VendorTap app with the work email you used.
